Refund Policy

Our Promise to You

We stand behind our work. If we don't deliver results, we make it right. Our 30-day guarantee reflects our confidence in what we do — and our commitment to your success.

This Refund Policy applies to all services purchased from PUBORY LLC, operating under the brand name Pubory (“Pubory”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms below.

1. Monthly Retainer Plans — 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first month of any monthly retainer plan. If you are not satisfied with our service and no confirmed media placements have been deliveredwithin your first 30 days, you may request a full refund of your first month's payment.

Conditions for the 30-day guarantee:

  • You must submit your refund request within 30 days of your first payment
  • No confirmed, live media placements have been delivered
  • You have completed the onboarding process and provided required brand materials
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service

2. After Placements Are Confirmed

Once we have delivered and confirmed media placements in your campaign, the associated month's fee is non-refundable. Confirmed placements include any live article, feature, mention, or backlink secured and delivered to you with a live URL.

If we deliver fewer than the guaranteed number of placements in a given month (excluding the first month), the deficit carries forward to the next month at no extra charge. If the deficit is not resolved within 60 days, you may request a proportional refund for the undelivered placements.

3. Ongoing Monthly Plans

Months 2 onwards are non-refundable once the billing date has passed. You may cancel your plan at any time with 30 days written notice. You will not be charged after the cancellation period ends. No partial-month refunds are issued for early cancellations after month 1.

4. One-Time Add-On Services

Add-on services (e.g., press release writing, brand mention reports, SEO analysis) are delivered within the timeframe stated on the service page, typically 3–14 business days. If we fail to deliver the service within the stated timeframe and do not provide an extension that you agree to, you are entitled to a full refund.

If the service has been fully delivered, no refund is available unless the delivery contains material errors or does not match the description — in which case we will first attempt to correct the issue before processing any refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with:

  • Your full name and company name
  • Your order or invoice number
  • The reason for your refund request

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business hours and resolve it within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Setup fees (if applicable)
  • Strategy documents or audits already delivered
  • Months where placements have been confirmed
  • Fees for campaigns cancelled after outreach has begun
